Yes! Both employers and experts can sign up and use the core features for free. Free tier employers can send up to 3 job requests per month, and free tier experts can receive up to 5 enquiries and send 3 invoices per month. Paid upgrades unlock unlimited access.

Every expert profile shows verified status (we check ID and qualifications), star ratings from real completed jobs, written reviews from employers, and portfolio photos. Fundi Pro experts have an additional verification badge. Always check ratings and read reviews before hiring.

Yes. Experts can toggle VAT on or off on each invoice. If you are VAT-registered, the system automatically adds 15% VAT to your invoices and shows it as a separate line item. Your VAT number is printed on the invoice. Non-VAT vendors simply leave VAT off.

An employer sends a job request or posts a listing. Experts receive a notification and can send a quote. The employer reviews quotes, accepts one, and the job moves to "In Progress." Once complete, both parties confirm, and the employer is prompted to leave a review.

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly in ZAR and you can cancel at any time from your account settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
